consultando Russi e Americani ho trovato due file word di origine Cinese che compressi occupano 1.8 mega.

CNC Control Board Manual

Safety Notes:

The control board is applied with DC power, pls assure that the positive and negative charges are right connected before the power on.

The control board is not strictly sealed,pls do not let conductive objects like small screws or scrap metal go inside. Neither do combustibleobjects.

Keep the board from damp environment.
Keep the board in adequate ventilation.

Usage:

The CNC control board is designed for MACH3 software used in computer with line print terminal.The CNC control board is extensively used in the CNC machining,such as: CNC engraving machine,CNC lathes,CNC Plasma cutting machine,CNC laser engraving machine,CNC milling machine,CNC Machining center and so on.It can be the most cost-effective method using the CNC control board with mach3 software in the computer.

Features:

1. High integration;high reliability

2.Absolute voltage isolation. The CNC control board is powered by computer USB port used as digital power that disgned as common cathode and common ancode which is connecticed to motor dirver’s common port,and another power is DC 12V to DC 24V which is used as analog power.It’s much more safe and stable by isolating the digital power from analog power.

3.Five signal ports are isolated by optocouplers which can be used as limitting position,finding origin points,starting and Estopping. There is no interruption with isolation of optocouplers.

4.Twelve output ports can control six motors simultaneously,and they are also can be used for some ports as you like.Some ports are communally designed for two functions,choice should be made if you want to use them.

5.Three relays are put on the board that can be programmed in the mach3 software,and there are three leds used for pilot lamp.The relays can be used to control external equipments such as solenoid valve, cooling pump and so on.

6.Programmed analog voltage from zero to ten volt can be set.The analog voltage can control the speed of spindle motor.

7. The CNC control board can control step motor diver with common cathode or common anode.It also can control servo motor with digital signal.

8.The analog power can be from nine volt to thrity volt.

  • • 4, a total of 12 output signals are available. It can support up to 6 axis control output. You can only choose one of these or several axes to control. This 12 outlets, some are functional reuse. In use, an output port can only be used when a function.
  • • 5, there are three possible ad hoc support MACH3 software programmable control relays. By controlling the MACH3 software, you can control any one relay pass, off. Each relay has energized lights, more intuitive use, easy to use. This three relays can be used to control liquid coolant, the coolant mist, gas liquid coolants hoist. It can also be used to control devices such as solenoid valve power switch.
  • • 6, ad hoc high-speed optical coupling isolation to control the spindle speed. It can be output within 2.5KHZ the PWM signal, the output port of the parallel port P1. This interface board has a 0-10V a PWM into the D / A circuits. It can output 0-10V level to control some of the market only analog speed control inverter thereby control the spindle speed. It is noted that the PWM output with 0-10V output can only choose one. Not both.
  • • 7, interface board can be connected common cathode or common anode output to stepper drives or servo drives (servo drive must support digital signal). 5V output level.
  • • 8, wide voltage input power supply: 9-35VDC power supply

4. Power supply for Breakout board ( two ways)

One is 9-32V input (DC, with power light indicator)

Another one is 5V, it is taken from the USB port, meaning that this paragraph must be connected to an interface board USB cable before they can work. Because to do isolation protection, so these two places with the USB supply voltage must be relatively independent of the supply voltage is open to the job

più di quello che avevo trovato, ma manca ancora il controllo pwm e se ho ben capito anche il charge pump ... oppure le nuove schede sono difettose ...

Nella descrizione delle caratteristiche, al punto 6, si parla dell'ingresso P1 della parallela collegato tramite isolamento ottico a un convertitore D/A.

Se hai la scheda puoi provare a cercare il D/A e da li verificare se arriva a un optoisolatore e quindi al pin 1 della porta parallela.

Non trovo riferimenti in merito al charge pump.

dopo averla configurata in effetti restano i pin 1 e 18 liberi, (non avevo letto la descrizione) ma P1 viene da un foto accoppiatore tipo gli IN , il problema è che i relè a bordo di questa scheda sono da 24 volt e sembra invece ne arrivino 5, quindi o qualcosa nel setup manca o hanno sbagliato a mettere i relè (cosa che mi sembra strana ....) in alcune foto i relè sono da 5 volt. Inoltre dalla descrizione si evince che potrebbe essere alimentata dai 9 ai 36 volt, come fa con 9 volt ad eccitare relè a 24 volt ?

sostituendo i relè con quelli da 5 volt funzionano ...
