I have some question about CNC Machine Model: CNC SELCA s3045p
we have issues with PLC Menus, when we start the machine and wait to boot, when software completely load we don't have the PLC Menus Function on the right screen.
Some error appear on the screen to tell us : "PLC non attivo"
Unfortunately we don't have Backup of system software and i don't know if we have system Backup and restore it affter that the problem is gose away or not.
I need some advice who can give me a solution about solving this problem.
If the solution is that restoring the system software backup then where i can get the CNC SELCA s3045p system software Backup file? (to restore the whole software of cnc machine)
