MeshCAM e Mach3, perché continuo a rompere punte?

MeshCAM e Mach3, perché continuo a rompere punte?

Salve a tutti voi esperti di questo Forum, il titolo è volutamente provocatorio, ma è già la terza punta che rompo e continuo a non comprendere il motivo.

Ho importato in MeshCAM il disegno 3D che vedete allegato qui sotto, dopo aver generato il G-code per mach3 setto gli assi sullo 0, ovvero dove vorrei iniziasse a fare il pezzo, puntualmente la macchina parte velocissimamente, incastra la punta nel legno e ovviamente la punta si stocca.

Ho settato correttamente gli "steps per unit" in mach3 e non riesco a comprendere dove sbaglio. spero voi possiate darmi qualche dritta

Beh ... dal codice pare che con una fresa da 1 mm e il mandrino a 5000 giri

vorresti fare passate da circa 2 mm a Feed 254 ... e dovrebbe essere solo

la sgrossatura , non mi pare la strategia più adatta ...

A dirla tutta io non ci capisco molto, quando devo creare il G-code ci sono un sacco di parametri da impostare e non ho ancora trovato in giro che cosa siano.

Dove posso trovare una spiegazione inerente a questi parametri?

depth per pass è la profondità di passata ma dalla foto 0.2 mm è corretta.
la hai modificata ora?
Fresare senza conoscere i parametri che stai inserendo è un buon metodo per andare a sbattere, non esiste un manuale del cam?
Cosa utilizzi?

Ti consiglio anche di studiare 2 formule che qui riporto:

VELOCITA’ DI TAGLIO


3,14 * Dc * n
Vc = -------------------
1000

Vc = velocità di taglio in m/Min
n = giri/Min
Dc = diametro in mm



VELOCITA’ ROTAZIONE MANDRINO


Vc * 1000
n = ---------------
3,14 * Dc

n = velocità rotazione mandrino giri/Min
Vc = velocità di taglio m/min
Dc = diametro mm



AVANZAMENTO TAVOLA mm/Min


Vf = n * z * Fz

Vf = avanzamento tavola mm/Min
n = giri/Min
z = numero di denti
Fz = avanzamento mm/dente
