Emc2 e controllo giri con Inverter Thosiba VF-S11

Salve a Tutti,

Dato che sto finendo la cnc grande
che doterò di mandrino HF e relativo inverter
Mi paicerebbe che Emc2 dato che credo il Gcode abbia tali dati settasse in automatico la velocità  di rotazione.

L' Inverter è un Thosiba VF-S11 da 1 cavallo

Nessuno di voi ha gestito un Inverter come il mio o simile con Emc2 ?

E facile da fare ?
Devo realizzare qualche scheda ?
Devo aggiungere una parallela al PC?
O basta solo la parallela integrata sul PC?
Ho un Epia 1200

Ti posso dire che al file .ini non serve aggiungere nulla, devi solo modificare il file .hal in base al tipo di segnale richiesto dall'inverter ed interfacciarlo.
Ho trovato il manuale all'indirizzo http://www.esco-antriebstechnik.de/pdf/ ... ual-IT.pdf e da una veloce letta mi sembra di capire che puoi regolare la velocità  cin un segnale analogico 0-10v.
Credo la via più semplice sia utilizzare un segnale pwm su un pin della parallela e regolare l'ampiezza del segnale con un operazionale, ma meglio che chiedi nella sezione elettronica

Cambia ovviamente dal fatto se il mandrino è uno 0 18.000 o 0 24.000 giri
credo opterò per il secondo

Per creare un segnale PWM si usa il comando pwmgen, la funzione pwmgen.make-pulses la colleghi al base_thread mentre la funzione pwmgen.update basta collegharla al thread più lento, pwmgen.N.pwm lo colleghi al pin della parallela, pwmgen.N.enable lo colleghi a motion.spindle-on, probabilmente dovrai settare correttamente i parametri pwmgen.N.scale e pwmgen.N.pwm-freq

Ho dato un occhiata ai Link ma l' inglese non mi aiuta
Sembrerebbe una cosa semplice ma in questo momento mi
sembra di aver letto Arabo

Intanto vado avanti nel cablare elettricamente il tutto.
Il PWM per un segnale 0 10V che è usato in molti inverter
sicuramente l'avranno usato anche altri
Spero che qualcuno che non abbiama Usato M3 ma Ecm2 con un Mandino HF
legga questo post cosi sa darmi diretanente la stringa d'agiungere/adattare al mio HAL

Dato che attualmente non ho il 4° asse
Ho deciso d' usare i segnali step e dir della Fenice
dedicati al 4° asse per il PWM madnino e magari per il palpatore
Pin 8 => Dir A Pin 9 => Step A

Grazie a due info del utente IlCalcolatore ho modificato i miei files
che metto in allegato ma ho un errore questo errore

P.S se vorrei anche mettere un azzeratore utensili "palpatore"
altezza da 50mm collegato al pin 8 che stringe devo aggiungere al files pinout e .ini

Se conta anche le righe con commenti dovrebbe essere questa

Cmq nel messy prima ho allegato anche i files di config incriminati.

Dal poco d' inglese che so dice che nella riga 95 il motion.spindle-on è gia collegato
Diciamo che questo è vero ma credo siano marlale o sbaglio

Nella riga 35 ho
linkps motion.spindle-on => attiva_mandrino
E nella 39 per colegare il rele che da l' on al mandino da pin 14 questa riga
linksp attiva_mandrino => parport.0.pin-14-out

Quindi è evidente che vi è qualche errore tra l' attiva mandino sul Pin 14 e il PWM
Io dal pin 14 attivo il rele e do un segnale al inverter di ON
E poi dal Pin 9 il segnale PWM che trasformo in 0 10V per darlo al inverter per la velocita

Cosa devo aggiustare? Per l' uso del palpatore sai dirmi nulla?

Ho rianalizzato il tutto

Se ho capito bene l' errore che ho fatto e che da una parte ho usato
spindle-on e da un altra parte attiva_mandrino

Scrivendo da entrambe attiva_mandrino sembra OK almeno spero

Allego files che ho correto più due schermate ditemi se è OK

Se mi arriva il trimer da 100K che mi manca sulla schedina
faccio anche la prova fisica con il tester

P.S ma non posso variare la velocità  mandino mentre il programma è in esequzione?

Dino per il palpatore dai indcarmi che stringe aggiungere?

Ok ho messo una resistenza da 50K nel frattempo che mi arriva il trimer da 100K
e diciamo che ci siamo

Adesso Emc2 come da foto allegate mi da un uscita PWM
che poi con la schedina si trasforma in analogica
che collegata al inverter mi varia la frequezna del mio inverterino
E quindi i giri del mandino HF ad esso collegato.

Pero ho due problemi il mio mandino HF diciamo ha scala 0-24.000 giri max 400Hz

Mi dite che comando dare in modo da tarare l' elettronica per le varie velocità ?
Mi spiego meglio che comando Gcode devo dare per 24.000 giri
quale per 12.000 ecc ecc.

Inoltre volevo sapere se è possibile oltre la velocita d' avanzamento
far visualizzare a Emc2 la velocita del mandrino in modo almeno nei primi tempi
controllare che il tutto corrisponda.

Ma la cosa piu noiosa che noto e che quando parte il programma
non posso variare la velcoita di rotazione
Mettiamo che faccio un Gcode e vedo nella lavorazione che la velocita imposta
è troppo lenta o veloce non posso in modo manuale da soft aumentarla
o diminuirla il tasto piu e meno della velocita mi diventa grigio non selzionabile
appena avvio l' esecuzione del files Gcode.

Poi se qualcuno mi sa dare anche info su come implementare il palpatore sarebbe ottimo
