è dalle 10 che sono in cantina a testare un pò di cose,sono salito giusto a mezzanotte e venti..però ho provato quelle impostazioni ma niente da fare..quindi ho stampato un pò di teoria sulla LPT e ho scoperto cose interessanti..nel mio caso era impostata nel bios come SPP CIOè la classica LPT,poi avendo altre 2 porte COM come hanno tutti(9pin) ho scoperto che in realtà  essendo due la seconda si fà  sulla prima,pertanto ritenendole inutili le ho disabilitate,però mi sono accorto che se le toglievo spariva anche la LPT..mhà ..dopo verie prove ho impostato una porta COM con il suo indirizzo/IRQ7 e la lpt in modalità  ECP invece di SPP,il tutto dal bios..dopo questi cambiamenti però la scheda risponde ai comandi basilari(non per gli step) però fà  gli scatti annessi a led quando parte il pc o quando si spenge,prima manco quelli..però ho un dubbio,chiedo agli esperti,è possibile che la scheda non parta finchè non sono collegati tutti e 3 gli stepper??visto che io faccio le prove solo con uno.toglietemi stò dubbio per favore.XD

ciao a tutti, perche volete diventar matti con il pc?provatele in locale con un generatore di step con ne555, poi una volta che siete sicuri che funzioni la collegate al pc, io sono diventato matto come voi e alla fine era il settaggio dei fine corsa, visto che non erano collegati dovetti invertire il livello nel settaggio, magari e questo il problema, ciao dalmazio

To set up the basic frequency within the above Circle 1. This parameter will affect
the rotational speed of the motor. After the setup of basic frequency, select Circle
2 where Configuration Scripting will be defined, please refer to Fig.5.

Then select the output signals column, as shown in Fig.6, and set up the
corresponding items per the setup described in the circle.

After all have been set up, open the G CODE that needs to run, as shown in Fig.7

After G CODE has been opened, you may see the red button RESET flashing.
Click RESET to stop the flashing and then press CYCLESTART at the location of
Circle 2。
Note: If you press TAB on the keyboard, a manual test panel will be displayed.
The limit interface shall be connected with three-axis limit switch. The setting
shall be done in output signals column.

no perche l ho rotto.pero ne ho usati 2 che poi ho scoperto che dentro ci mancavano parecchi fili
e poi melo sono costruito uno io in modo da essere sicuro
guarda pure il tuo cavo dentro

raga ho chiesto a un po di gente su you tube che impostazioni ha messo per il tb ed uno mi ha risposto!!!!
e guardate questi 2 siti!!!!!!

oggi c'è stata la svolta..dopo aver smanettato col bios ho trovato l'impostazione giusta e appena ho cliccato su mach3 i 3 led si sono spenti(iauuuuuuuuuuuuu)poi ho impostato i pin come dice il cinese,solo che per ora mi dà  un errore e mo vedo bene..cmq ho ingannato il sw e ho avviato il g-code e ha lampeggiato un led,poi è spuntato l'errore e si è tolto,adesso torno bene a vedere,appena tutto è ok preparo un bello scritto e lo pubblico a modi cartellone sul sito..

ho buone notizie Denis,ieri dopo i risvolti ho fatto delle prove e lo step gira!!,però come sempre ci sono altri problemi,per esempio mi dà  l'errore "Switch limit triggered" che consiste nello switch dei fine corsa che non ho!!XD ho impostato anche il valore di debunce a 1000 ma rimane lo stesso,l'unico modo che ho avuto per togliere l'errore e proseguire con il G-code è stato togliere l'enable agli input Yhome-Y++, Y-- etc per tutti gli assi,però quando parte la lavoraazione lo stepper si comporta in modo strano a volte và  a volte no,fà  dei sibili interni come se girasse ma non gira lo statore,e a certi colpi gira tutto,non sò se è fatto così è lo sibilio è riconducibile a una sorta di preparazione alla virata dello step o perchè c'è qualcosa che non và ..forse l'alimentazione??mi sono reso conto di aver fatto un alimentatore da 0,8A..XD devo reimpostare il trimmer solo che quando facevo le prove su un avvolgimento il motore era ben in tiro e girava..mhà ..se il comportamento del motore è per colpa dell'alimentatore ditemelo subito,oppure può essere per l'impostazione dei pin???comunque oggi mi trascrivo l'impostazione del bios e l'operazione che ho fatto e la posto.

francescomi gia e strano che i motori ti partono a 0.8A!!!! e troppo poco. comunque che impostazioni hai messo nel bios e in mach3?
dai non farmi aspettare.... E DA 5 MESI KE ASPETTO!!!!!!!e non cela faccio piu.......pero posso dire per certo che la scheda e i motori funzionano sta sera ti posto un video in cui ti faccio vedere cosa faccio per muoverli.....
